Job Role

The client is looking for a senior, customer‑focused, and data‑driven Sales Manager to lead business development and account management with a major global fashion retail brand, its regional buying office, and supply chain partners. This role requires building long‑term partnerships, positioning the company as a trusted provider of labels, packaging, embellishments, and RFID solutions, and driving profitable growth through account strategy, negotiation, and market expansion.

As part of the senior leadership team, the Sales Manager will combine hands‑on client management with strategic influence, representing Indonesia in regional and global forums, aligning with international strategies, mentoring Key Account Executives, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and delivering measurable results in revenue, margin, and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Ownership & Growth: Lead a major global retail client, develop and execute long‑term account strategies for revenue, margin, and market growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build senior‑level client relationships, coordinate with factories, agents, and internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Business Planning & Performance: Manage sales pipeline, forecast accurately, conduct business reviews, and identify opportunities to expand solutions across client value chain.
  • Regional & Global Collaboration: Align strategies with regional/global teams, represent Indonesia in global forums, and share market insights.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Coach and mentor account executives, foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 7–10 years in sales or account management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role; proven success managing a high‑value global retail or fashion client.
  • Industry Background: Experience in apparel, fashion retail, packaging, or consumer‑related industries in a multinational setting.
  • Language: Professional English (written and spoken) for global communication.
  • Technical Skills: Strategic account planning, relationship‑building, negotiation, connecting commercial and operational elements, CRM and forecasting tools proficiency.
  • Professional Skills: Lead complex negotiations, manage and develop high‑potential team members.
  • Personal Qualities: Client‑focused, professional, adaptable, analytical, results‑oriented.
  • Mobility: Willing to travel frequently within Indonesia, regionally, or overseas.
