Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates within the department.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to the PMO Executive.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project management standards and templates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or other related disciplines.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in preparing presentations and dashboards to communicate data insights.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools will be an advantage.
  • Placement: Head Office - Karawaci (WFO)
