Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates within the department.
- Provide administrative and technical support to the PMO Executive.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project management standards and templates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or other related disciplines.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in preparing presentations and dashboards to communicate data insights.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools will be an advantage.
