Plant Manager (Feedmill)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the manufacturing process and plant management of poultry feed. Our Client is a leading producer of poultry feed products committed to quality ingredients and nutritional excellence and strives to provide the best feed product for poultry in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant manufacturing process management to ensure compliance with company objectives, quality systems, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire plant operations, from receiving raw materials to production and quality control of the finished feedmill
- Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets and ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, QA/QC, and maintenance to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the industry.
- Ensure that the Company benefits maximally from its investments.
- Perform reporting to the management regarding the analysis of the financial results of the plant.
- Participates in risk prevention, nonconformity management and risk analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in feedmill manufacturing in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and cost management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Experience in Just in Time (JIT) or Manufacturing to-order environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production challenges.
- Fluent communication with Bahasa & English.
- Willing to be based in Central Java.
