About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Admin General Affairs to join our dynamic team at PT Makmur Berkah Amanda Tbk in Sidoarjo, East Java. As a fulltime member of our Administrative & Office Support department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our company.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing administrative support to various departments within the company
- Handling general office duties such as filing, document management, and maintaining office supplies
- Assisting with event planning and execution
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Implementing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and procedures
- Providing support for special projects as needed
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or general affairs role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office equipment
- Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
