Requirement:

  • Min. D3/S1 majoring in food engineering or other relevant majors
  • Experienced in QC/QA for at least 1 year
  • Independent, energetic and have a willingness to learn
  • Having a good communication skills
  • Certified for certain skills ( Halal Certified, Food Handler Certified, HACCP) is a must, other certification will be plus point

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and manage daily Quality Assurance operations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and control product quality throughout the production process.
  • Conduct internal audits, inspections, and root cause analysis for quality issues.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Coordinate with production, R&D, and warehouse teams to maintain consistent product quality.
  • Lead and train QA staff to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Prepare and present quality reports and improvement initiatives to management.
