Requirement:
- Min. D3/S1 majoring in food engineering or other relevant majors
- Experienced in QC/QA for at least 1 year
- Independent, energetic and have a willingness to learn
- Having a good communication skills
- Certified for certain skills ( Halal Certified, Food Handler Certified, HACCP) is a must, other certification will be plus point
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage daily Quality Assurance operations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and control product quality throughout the production process.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Coordinate with production, R&D, and warehouse teams to maintain consistent product quality.
- Lead and train QA staff to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Prepare and present quality reports and improvement initiatives to management.
