Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and networking in Jabodetabek and Bandung areas.
  • Understanding customer needs and presenting them with tailored product or service solutions
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of product offerings
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
  • Providing timely and accurate sales reports to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Connections or prior experience with corporate clients will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Good knowledge of the cosmetics and/or hospitality industry.
