Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and networking in Jabodetabek and Bandung areas.
- Understanding customer needs and presenting them with tailored product or service solutions
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of product offerings
- Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
- Providing timely and accurate sales reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Connections or prior experience with corporate clients will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Good knowledge of the cosmetics and/or hospitality industry.
