# Key Responsibilities #
- Multi-Site Portfolio Management
● Manage and oversee the lifecycle of multiple projects concurrently, ranging in size and complexity, across various geographic locations.
● Allocate resources effectively between sites to ensure no project is neglected.
● Conduct regular site visits to audit progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Project Control (Budget, Schedule, Quality)
● Punctuality: Develop and maintain rigorous project schedules. Identify critical paths and potential delays immediately.
● Budget: Monitor project costs against the approved budget. Enforce strict cost controls to prevent overruns.
● Quality: Ensure all deliverables meet Mulia41's high-quality standards and technical specifications before handover.
- On-Site Problem Solving & Delivery
● Act as the primary problem solver on-site. Address technical conflicts and logistical bottlenecks in real-time to prevent work stoppage.
● Drive the project to completion ("Closing") strictly in adherence to the initial commitment made to the client.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
● Serve as the main point of contact for various project owners and stakeholders.
● Manage expectations transparently and professionally.
● English Language: utilize English proficiency to communicate effectively with international clients or diverse project owners when required.
- Systems & Reporting
● Utilize Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and software to track progress, manage documentation, and generate data-driven reports.
● Ensure all project data is accurate and up-to-date to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications● Experience: Minimum of minimal 5 years of experience in Project Management, specifically with a track record of managing multiple concurrent projects.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. (PMP certification is a plus).
● Technical Skills:
○ Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management.
○ Proficiency in Project Management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, or similar internal systems).
● Language: Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia. Strong command of written and spoken English is highly preferred.
