Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    Talent Acquisition & Placement
    to ensure optimal staffing aligned with organizational needs.
  • Establish and manage
    Training & Development
    programs to build a skilled, high-performing workforce.
  • Oversee
    Compensation & Benefits
    to maintain fair, competitive, and attractive remuneration structures.
  • Drive
    Performance Management & Competency Assessments
    to promote accountability and excellence.
  • Manage
    Industrial Relations
    to sustain a harmonious work environment and ensure legal compliance.
  • Administer
    Employee Termination Processes
    in accordance with applicable labor regulations.
  • Support
    Organizational Development
    initiatives to enhance agility and business effectiveness.
  • Monitor and implement
    Community Development (CSR/COMDEV)
    programs fostering sustainable local partnerships.
  • Oversee
    Regulatory Affairs
    ensuring timely permits, certifications, and personnel licensing per government requirements.
  • Manage
    Insurance Programs
    to optimize company coverage and employee benefits.
  • Handle
    Labor Union
    relations and serve as a key negotiator in Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) discussions.
  • Act as a board member of the
    Bipartite Cooperation Institution (LKS Bipartit)
    .
  • Utilize extensive experience in
    labor dispute resolution
    from bipartite negotiations to mediation at Department of Manpower, Industrial Relations Court (PHI), and Supreme Court (MA).
  • Lead
    Public Relations
    efforts, including press release creation, corporate website management, internal publications, and media relations (print and online).
  • Build and maintain effective communication with company leadership, employees, labor unions, government agencies, local authorities (Forkopimda), and community stakeholders.
