Job Requirements:
- Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 years of relevant experience as a Leasing Admin in marketing and leasing, preferably in a retail mall environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Capable of using English for workplace communication.
- Willing to work in BSD City
Job Description:
- Managing administrative logbook (Ukagaisho, LA, BR, Invoice, IOM, payment deadlines).
- Processing billing requests and coordinating with Mall Operation Admin & Finance.
- Preparing and following up agreement letters with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Drafting and distributing internal office memos related to invoices and agreements.
- Monitoring invoice & WHT processes with Finance to ensure timely payments.
- Handling refund deposit processes with Finance and clients.
- Maintaining proper filing and documentation systems.
- Preparing and following up loading & unloading letters with Mall Operation.
- Controlling and monitoring document distribution.
- Updating the schedule of exhibitions and casual leasing on a regular basis.
