Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and translate business needs into functional requirements for Odoo ERP.
- Configure, customize, and test Odoo modules to align with client requirements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions meet functional specifications.
- Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
- Work with stakeholders to improve and optimize existing business processes using Odoo.
- Manage module upgrades and system maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as an
Odoo Functional Consultant/Analyst
or similar ERP role. - Strong understanding of Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Purchase, Manufacturing).
- Ability to write clear documentation (BRD, FRD, UAT, SOP).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
