Monday – Saturday

Job Description:

• Identify and approach
  new customers
  in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• Conduct
  follow-ups and sales offers
  to potential clients.
• Actively explore and develop
  new business opportunities
  to increase sales.
• Build and maintain
  strong business relationships
  with existing and new customers.
• Communicate effectively with
  suppliers and clients
  to ensure smooth business operations.
• Update and maintain customer databases
  on a regular basis.
• Assist in handling and resolving
  customer complaints
  in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum
  Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
  in any major.
• At least
  1 year of experience
  as a Sales staff in
  Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Shipping Line
  industry.
• Good command of
  English
  , both spoken and written.
• Mandarin language proficiency
  is highly preferred.
• Energetic, dynamic, and willing to work mobile
  .
• Able to work
  independently and as part of a team
  .
• Strong
  negotiation and client dealing skills
  .
• Proficient in
  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  .
• Willing to
  work on Saturdays
  .
