Onindonesia Group is looking for a Business Development person who has achievements in B2B & B2C sales, good at communicating with potential customers and carries out sales strategies with excellent execution

Qualification:

  • This Business Development position can also be for those of you who are looking for the positions: Account Executive, Corporate Sales Executive, Marketing Staff.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 years experience as a Marketing Staff, Business Development, Sales.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Having ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customer.

  • Strong understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and market trends.

  • Have a potential customer database.

  • Willing to be placed in East Jakarta or mobile.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and generate new customers.

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the products.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitor activities.

  • Generate daily report for potential clients performance to top level management.

  • Acquire and convert potential clients in Indonesia.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
