- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or another relevant major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the COSMETICS or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience working with or handling MAJOR international brands
- Experience in product transfer, quality agreement management, or collaboration with multinational brands.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ISO 22716, and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
- Experienced in internal and external audits, process supervision, and quality system validation.
- Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (Production, QC, R&D, and Regulatory).
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) able to prepare reports, communicate with global brand representatives, and handle international audits.
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., ISO Auditor, GMP Training, Penyelia Halal, etc).
