Dayalima Group is looking for a Human Capital Specialist to drive key people initiatives and support our organization's growth. This role covers the full spectrum of HC functions, with a strong focus on Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding (pre-boarding, orientation, training, integration).
  • Design and manage Learning & Development programs (TNA, learning delivery, mentorships, leadership development).
  • Implement and monitor Performance Management systems (e.g., OKRs) to align individual and organizational goals.
  • Support Succession Planning & Career Development initiatives to prepare future leaders.
  • Contribute to Organizational Development (SOP creation, organizational structure, process improvements).
  • Build strong strategic partnerships with leaders and departments to align talent initiatives with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from any background.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development program design and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of data usage for reporting, training analysis, and follow-up development.
  • Familiar with Performance Management systems (e.g., OKR).
  • Experience in Organizational Development (SOP, structure, policies).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and adaptability skills.
