Dayalima Group is looking for a Human Capital Specialist to drive key people initiatives and support our organization's growth. This role covers the full spectrum of HC functions, with a strong focus on Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding (pre-boarding, orientation, training, integration).
- Design and manage Learning & Development programs (TNA, learning delivery, mentorships, leadership development).
- Implement and monitor Performance Management systems (e.g., OKRs) to align individual and organizational goals.
- Support Succession Planning & Career Development initiatives to prepare future leaders.
- Contribute to Organizational Development (SOP creation, organizational structure, process improvements).
- Build strong strategic partnerships with leaders and departments to align talent initiatives with business needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree from any background.
- Proven experience in Learning & Development program design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of data usage for reporting, training analysis, and follow-up development.
- Familiar with Performance Management systems (e.g., OKR).
- Experience in Organizational Development (SOP, structure, policies).
- Strong communication, leadership, and adaptability skills.
