Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate building management systems (BMS) in real time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC, lighting, and other automated systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS equipment.
- Analyze system data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Document system operations, maintenance activities, and technical issues.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize building performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Support upgrades and implementation of new BMS technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in BMS operations or technical building systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, automation, and energy management systems.
- Familiarity with BMS software platforms and monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Degree or certification in mechanical/electrical engineering, energy management, or related field.
Preferred Experience
- 2–3 years in a similar role within construction, industrial, or facilities management sectors.
- Experience with centralized technical management systems (CTM).
- Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and sustainability practices.
