  • Min Bachelor's degree in Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, Food science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in related positions in the manufacturing industry in food industry or aquafeed industry is a plus
  • Ability to create and maintain reports related to non-conformances and corrective action plans
  • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles, CPPIB, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
  • Have certificate auditor ISO 9001, ISO 22000 & BAP
  • Have experience doing Total Quality System (TQS)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment

Responsible

  • Developing and maintaining implementation system based on ISO 9001, ISO 22000, CPPIB & BAP standards
  • Leading and implementing the internal audit system based on ISO 9001, ISO 22000, CPPIB & BAP standards as the company's Auditor.
  • Organizing management reviews and ensuring that all departments address identified risks and opportunities.
  • Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up-to-date and aligned with departmental activities, including regular reviews.
  • Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns.
  • Conduct Supplier Audits with relevant parties
  • Investigate, identify and take corrective/preventive action (CAPA) related to conformity with ISO 22000 and BAP
  • Planning QMS section work planning (Action plan, budget, and training)
  • Monitoring conformity and completeness as Control Documents
  • Evaluating the work of the QSMS team and making action planning from the evaluation results
  • Leading the food safety team in achieving the goals and objectives of the company related to Food Safety Management System
