Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Guide and assist the team in identifying and acquiring new B2B clients (local and international).
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee the sales process from inquiry to contract negotiation and order placement.
- Collaborate with the R&D, production, and packaging teams to align client needs with manufacturing capabilities.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of client specifications and timelines.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to the sales team.
- Provide monthly report and data analyze to Manager.
- Monitor market trends in skincare, cosmetics, and personal care to identify growth opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, expos, and client meetings to represent the company and promote services.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Experienced as Sales Supervisor B2B or FMCG manufacturing industry in cosmetics/beauty care at least 2 years (mandatory)
- Excellent analytical thinking, and communication skill
- Proven leadership skills in managing and developing a sales team
- Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup and beauty product trends
- Fast learner, good team work, initiative and creative
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in English is a must, fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
