Job Title: Coupa Business Analyst Location: Cisco, Indonesia Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Coupa Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional Coupa implementation and business analysis. This role will serve as a key resource in supporting Coupa technology enablement projects, including modules such as P2P, invoicing, contracts, sourcing, expense, inventory, and analytics. Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate design and configuration workshops to capture business requirements and develop future state designs. Provide Coupa configuration guidance as required throughout the project lifecycle. Support technical integration design workshops with client technical teams for interface development. Document project deliverables, including future state process designs, integration functional specifications, data mapping requirements, configuration rationale, testing plans, testing scripts, and training documents. Perform configurations, data loads, and unit tests based on client design requirements. Lead and facilitate testing sessions with clients to ensure that their requirements have been met. Manage common Coupa administrative tasks, including configuring Chart of Accounts, approval chains, tax codes, and PO transmission methods. Understand requirements around requisitions, POs, invoices, receipts, and tolerances, while deploying best Coupa practices. Oversee supplier enablement, punchouts & catalogs, contracts, PO cXML, and invoice transmission processes, as well as workflow and compliant invoicing. Coordinate invoice posting in Oracle ERP. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience with Coupa implementation and configuration. Strong understanding of P2P indirect and direct procurement processes. Excellent business analysis skills with the ability to capture and document requirements effectively. Experience in leading workshops and testing sessions with clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems. Experience in supplier enablement and catalog management. Knowledge of best practices in procurement and invoicing processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Coupa implementations. Relevant certifications in Coupa or business analysis are a plus.
