IT Infra & Support Supervisor
Point of Hire : BSD, Tangerang.
IT Infra & Support Supervisor will oversee infrastructure project planning and excution, Coaching and monitoring operation team, critical incident respone and decision making.
Here are the qualifications we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
3-5 years of experience in support role, with at least 1 year in supervisory or leadership position
Able knowledge in basic network protocols (IP/TCP,Wi-FI, Firewall,VPN), Network topologies, IT asset inventory procedures
Familiar with network Management, Infrastructure installation configuration and maintenance, Infrastructure monitoring, Hardware and software troubleshooting, monitor and ensure timely resolution of technical support tickets
