Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented trainee to support the Human Resources Learning & Development (L&D) team. This temporary position will assist in various administrative and operational tasks related to training programs, certification tracking, training logistics preparation, and training document translation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the translation & revision of training materials and documents.
  • Support the maintenance and tracking of employee certifications, including SMK3 related certification.
  • Help coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and participant communication.
  • Translate training documents between English and Bahasa Indonesia as needed.
  • Maintain organized records and files related to training activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR L&D team.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in any major will be much preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to translate documents between English and local language accurately.
  • Willing to do administrative tasks diligently.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Available to work full-time during the period.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Willing to be placed in Cilegon. No relocation benefit will be provided.
