主要职责:

1,负责完成印尼本地招聘全流程(发布职位、筛选简历、安排面试、入职沟通等)Responsible for the full local recruitment process in Indonesia (job postings, screening resumes, arranging interviews, coordinating onboarding, etc.);

2,和学院联系招聘实习生,和猎头保持良好的关系Liaise with colleges to recruit interns, and maintain good relationships with headhunter;

3,办理员工入离职、转正、调岗、签证等手续,维护员工档案 Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, probation to permanent transitions, transfers, visas, etc.; maintain employee records;

4,负责日常行政事务,包括办公环境维护、宿舍租赁、固定资产管理、办公用品采购及发放Oversee everyday administrative tasks, including maintaining the office environment, arranging dormitory leases, managing fixed assets, procuring and distributing office supplies;

5,组织协调公司会议、团建活动及员工福利发放Organize and coordinate company meetings, team building events, and employee benefit distributionsManage company documents, archives, and contracts, ensuring filing is timely and complete.;

6,管理公司文件、档案及合同,确保资料归档及时、完整 Manage company documents, archives, and contracts, ensuring filing is timely and complete.;

7,对接物业、供应商等外部合作方,处理行政相关事务Interface with property management, suppliers, and other external partners to handle administrative matters.;

职位要求:

1,大专及以上学历,人力资源管理、行政管理、工商管理等相关专业优先;

4,熟练使用Office办公软件(Excel/Word/PPT);

5,具备良好的沟通协调能力及服务意识;

6,做事细致、责任心强,能处理多线程任务。
