Our client, a leading Japanese-based real estate consulting company, is currently looking for a Japanese Sales-Translator with details as below.

Responsibilities:

Conducting market research to obtain property buying, selling dan rental prices and market segmentation.
Make plans for research, strategy, project targets, and complete them according to schedule.
Make listing submissions, check documents clients, collaborate with notaries, and become a consultant for clients.
Conduct research on government regulations and applicable civil law.
Doing marketing jobs to get clients, listing property, and helping transactions until completed.
Act as a customer support representative and interpreter between clients & Agent.
Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and annual marketing reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field, FLUENT IN JAPANESE (N2/N1)
No sales experience are welcome to apply, as long as willing to learn.
Familiarity with industry and apartment regulation, buying, selling and renting law and investment will be a PLUS point.
Ability to work both independently and in a team. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, a serious work ethic, the ability to perform under pressure, and be dependable and detail-oriented.
Willingness to work hard to meet targets and deadlines.
