Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for calling Indonesia customer , introducing projects, inviting customers, collecting customer intention application forms, receiving customers, signing contracts, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Assist the Indonesia Business Development Director in business development activities and complete the tasks and targets assigned by the company.
• Be familiar with Indonesia's business development system, understand the company's business development business, complete a fixed number of phone calls every day, be responsible for receiving customers, explaining the system, and answering business development questions.
• Responsible for following up with potential customers, communicating, negotiating, following up on signings, assisting with development and positioning, and franchisee collections.
• Complete the training tasks issued by the headquarters, assist the Indonesia Business Development Director in collecting data on competitive products and market conditions, and negotiate with potential customers.
• Timely handle customer complaints and maintain good customer relationships, providing prompt feedback on customer issues.
• Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
