We're looking for a dynamic HR Generalist who's passionate about people, culture, and operations. You'll be the backbone of our internal team, from recruitment to employee happiness, from payroll to policies.
Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end payroll process, attendance tracking, and employee database.
- Manage recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, initial interviews, scheduling with user.
- Draft and manage employment contracts, NDA, and other HR documents.
- Develop and run employee engagement programs (birthday celebration, bonding activity, mini events, etc.).
- Support onboarding & offboarding processes.
- Ensure all HR operations comply with regulations and internal SOPs.
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR Generalist or related role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and (bonus) HRIS platforms (e.g. Talenta, Gadjian).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
