We're looking for a dynamic HR Generalist who's passionate about people, culture, and operations. You'll be the backbone of our internal team, from recruitment to employee happiness, from payroll to policies.

Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end payroll process, attendance tracking, and employee database.
  • Manage recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, initial interviews, scheduling with user.
  • Draft and manage employment contracts, NDA, and other HR documents.
  • Develop and run employee engagement programs (birthday celebration, bonding activity, mini events, etc.).
  • Support onboarding & offboarding processes.
  • Ensure all HR operations comply with regulations and internal SOPs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR Generalist or related role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and (bonus) HRIS platforms (e.g. Talenta, Gadjian).
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Passion for building a positive work culture.
