Job Requirements – External Quality Engineer (Automotive EV Industry)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance/quality engineering within the automotive industry (EV experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO and APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and 8D methodology.
- Familiar with EV components (battery, motor, inverter, and electrical systems).
- Experienced in supplier quality management, auditing, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Responsible for incoming inspection of ABS painted parts and other coated components.
- Lead corrective actions for quality issues related to ABS painted parts and coated components.
- Conduct periodic inspections and monitoring of ABS painted parts and coated components to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collect, summarize, and analyze defect data related to ABS painted parts and coated components, and provide improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure process stability, defect reduction, and continuous quality improvement.
- Report inspection results, non-conformities, and supplier performance to management on a regular basis.
