Role Description:
Human Resource Manager oversees and directs all aspects of the human resources function across the Tanamera Coffee group, including but not limited to retail outlets, production facilities, corporate offices, and distribution operations. This role ensures alignment with the company's strategic goals, nurtures a strong organizational culture, and supports sustainable growth by developing and implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategies across all Tanamera Coffee business units.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent development.
- Oversee performance management and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, handle industrial relations, and support a positive work culture.
- Develop HR policies, manage compensation & benefits, and improve HR systems.
- Guide and mentor HR teams across regions to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in F&B or Hospitality.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on leader with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and data reporting.
