The HR Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, people development, employee relations, and payroll support. The role ensures smooth execution of HR operations in alignment with company policies and business objectives.

Location: Bekasi, WEST JAVA

What you will do
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct onboarding programs and new hire inductions to ensure smooth assimilation into the organization.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  • Manage internal movements such as promotions, transfers, and rotations.
  • Handle employee relations matters and maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Manage industrial relations, including the renewal of Collective Labor Agreements (CLA) and government-related HR compliance.
  • Support payroll processing, BPJS administration, and other employee welfare programs.
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and company standards.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, or Human Resources from a reputable university (S1).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment, people development, industrial relations, and payroll.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced in using HR systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptive, business-aware, and able to work with diverse teams.
  • Possession of a BNSP certification will be an advantage.
