Job Descriptions:
- Lead, supervise, and provide direction to Sales Managers, Sales Supervisors, and Sales Executives to achieve company sales targets.
- Develop effective sales strategies and action plans based on market trends, competition analysis, and company capabilities.
- Build, prepare, and maintain a high-performing sales team through coaching, mentoring, and continuous performance evaluation.
- Design and deliver induction programs and product knowledge training to ensure sales team readiness.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate and monitor sales programs, promotional activities, and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance to Management for strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in any major (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Proven track record in property sales with minimum 5 years of experience in a senior managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a large sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated loyalty, integrity, and high commitment to achieving results.
- Familiar with property market trends and able to adapt strategies to dynamic market conditions.
