The Finance & GA Manager will oversee end-to-end finance, accounting and tax as well as office administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient processes within the organisation.

Description- Managing the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, transfer pricing requirements, and financial standards.
- Overseeing costing activities, including product cost analysis and variance reporting, to support pricing and profitability decisions.
- Handling intercompany consolidation and reconciliations to ensure accurate group reporting.
- Overseeing administrative functions to support day-to-day business operations.
- Implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and optimise processes.
- Coordinating with external auditors and preparing necessary documentation for audits.
- Supervising and mentoring the finance and administration team to achieve organisational goals.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders.
- Providing strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision‑making.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree beneficial.
- Professional qualifications in finance or accounting such as CPA/CA/CMA are advantageous.
- At least 8‑10 years of proven experience, ideally from a manufacturing background.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess financial data and provide insights.
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate with regional and global teams.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (i.e., MS Excel, Oracle, SAP, SAGE, etc.).
