What You’ll do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through warm greetings, personalized assistance, and prompt resolution of inquiries or concerns.
  • Provide hands‑on leadership to retail associates in sales, inventory management, cash reconciliation, and client services.
  • Oversee daily sales operations to ensure clients receive impeccable service and premium‑quality products.
  • Strategically manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of high‑demand merchandise.
  • Play a key role in coaching and performance management.
  • Conduct detailed merchandise inspections to ensure elegant presentation, accurate pricing, and adherence to brand standards.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Possesses a strong drive for sales excellence, paired with self‑motivation and a proven ability to lead teams with confidence and impact.
  • Brings over 3 years of experience in supervisory or managerial roles within high‑end retail or similarly fast‑paced environments.
  • Demonstrates a progressive track record in retail sales, with deep knowledge of industry best practices and operational procedures.
  • Skilled in leading, coaching, and developing retail teams, with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and diplomatic abilities.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, ensuring clear and professional communication in all settings.
  • Open to a flexible work schedule, including availability for extended hours, weekends, and holidays in alignment with business needs.

  • Education & Professional Qualifications: diploma or bachelor graduate from Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing or related discipline

Main Responsibilities :
