Job SummaryWe are looking for a Business Process Expert to lead the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes within our waste paper processing operations. The successful candidate will drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable operational growth.
Job Description- Evaluate current waste paper processing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and document detailed process maps using industry-standard tools.
- Design, propose, and implement optimized processes that increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality and throughput
- Lead the change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes across multiple teams and locations.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate staff on new or improved processes and tools.
- Ensure processes comply with environmental regulations and company sustainability goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field
- 8 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement, preferably within pulp and paper, recycling, or waste management industries.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). Certification is a plus.
- Proven track record in driving process optimization projects and change management initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
