Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bandung for a Customer Relation Shift position. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and resolving any issues promptly. The incumbent will also focus on enhancing customer retention efforts and delivering the highest level of service in line with the company's standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
- Exceptional Communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Proficiency in using technology and CRM systems is an advantage
