Job RoleAs an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic consultant to management and staff, ensuring HR practices align with business objectives. You will drive talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations while providing data‑driven insights to support decision‑making. This role is critical in strengthening organizational capability and employee engagement within MIFX’s fast‑paced, digital‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic HR Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing HR insights that support business goals.
- Partner with business leaders to design and execute workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
- Talent & Rewards Management
- Ensure hiring, promotions, internal movement, and compensation practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with retention goals.
- Support strategies for filling in‑demand positions and retaining critical talent.
- Data & Compliance
- Conduct benchmarking analysis, audits, and data interpretation to guide HR decision‑making.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of labor laws, ensuring compliance and reducing legal risks in partnership with the legal team.
- Policy & Employee Relations
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to leaders and staff.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Organizational Development
- Support change management initiatives to strengthen culture and organizational capability.
- Drive engagement programs that align employees with company values and objectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
- Experience
- 3–5 years as an HR Business Partner covering Strategic HR, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development.
- Previous or recent exposure in fintech, startup, or digital industries.
- Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of HR functions including talent management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Data‑driven, analytical mindset with experience in benchmarking and reporting.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Language Skills: business‑level oral and written English.
