Responsibilities

Create and maintain service and operational standards, making use of best practices and efficiencies where possible

Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and management

Constantly review store environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement

Communicate the vision to all team members and leads by example

Supervise the implementation of taking orders until input at the POS machine

Ensuring the accuracy of cashier reports by checking the recording of POS sales analysis

Prepare daily, monthly and annual reports addressed to management consisting of Schedule, Sales Report, Inventory, All Cost, Guest Complain

Responsible for petty cash, sales reports, operational expenses and food costs
