About the role
We are seeking a PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Staff to join our dynamic team at PT. Idelux Furniture Indonesia. This is a contract position based in Semarang, Central Java. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimising our production planning and inventory management processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand
- Monitor & manage inventory levels of Raw material, Component, WIP and Finished Goods
- Coordinating with procurement to ensure timely replenishment
- Analysing production data and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Maintaining accurate records and generating reports on production, inventory, and other key metrics
- Providing support and training to production staff on PPIC procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a PPIC role, aluminium manufacturing industry is preferably
- A Strong understanding of production planning and control concepts
- Able to read the Technical Drawing
- Knowing about Machining process and Welding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and production planning software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work with a focus on continuous improvement
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and production planning techniques
