What you’ll do
  • Develop awesome features to support business and improve overall team output.
  • Coding, testing, and debugging software with high quality output.
  • Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, other tech team, and other stakeholders to make it happen.
  • Peer reviewer for internal team.
  • Plan and design team deliverables on a quarterly basis.
  • Manage production monitoring report and take necessary feedback actions.
  • Own a team or master technical scopes.
  • Manage future plans within a team or technical scopes.
  • Prepare timeline and proposals to be reviewed by Engineering managers and CTO.
  • Become a leader of the team/projects.
What you should have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or other related discipline.
  • Good coding, testing, debugging skills, and ability to maintain high‑performance scalable software mainly in Python; side projects available in Go and Java.
  • Excellent understanding of microservices architecture, system design, relational databases, and search engines.
  • Well‑known with coding best practices in backend project development.
  • Detail oriented, able to manage technical risks, and confident working in English.
  • Ability to communicate with other members of the team (business, product, and CTO).
  • Great team player for internal collaboration.
