Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director, located in Bogor City. The Assistant Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring that all departments meet organizational goals. The Assistant Director will also be involved in strategic planning, budget management, and performance evaluation. Additionally, the Assistant Director will work closely with the Director to support and execute the company's vision and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, Management, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Budget Management and Performance Evaluation skills
  • Policy Implementation and Organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the specific industry of the company is a plus
