- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or branding, preferably in FMCG, startups, health & beauty, or personal care industries.
- Good understanding of makeup and beauty.
- Proven experience in leading social media strategies, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team.
- High initiative with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple campaigns.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Lead and develop the brand's social media strategy across multiple platforms.
- Work closely with the Brand Lead to define and execute a clear brand vision, mission, and goals.
- Oversee and manage the content calendar, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity.
- Drive brand awareness and engagement through content creation, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to continuously optimize strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and impact, ensuring KPIs & OKRs are met.
- Manage and guide the social media team, fostering collaboration and growth.
