A prestigious company is looking for a dynamic individual keen to join a growing organization in the fast-paced and expanding logistics and supply chain industry. The selected candidate will handle the full spectrum of financial and management accounting function for the country.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee all finance operations in Indonesia region, including full sets of book, statutory reports, management reporting, cash management, budget, forecast, analysis, etc;

JOB TASKS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Analyse and review monthly performance for actuals forecast/budget, highlighting any irregularities in the accounts.
  • Manage the periodic closing including perform balance sheet, cash flow, variance and income statement analyses and forecasts.
  • Credit control & cashflow management.
  • Taxation and Tax Planning.
  • Participate in Annual Budget/Rolling Forecast Exercise.
  • Audit/External Audit Management.
  • Work closely with the regional team to perform consolidation for the whole Company.
  • Accurate & timely submission of financial & management reports
  • Detailed financial analysis to support decision making and improving overall performance
  • Implement quality assurance, process management and internal controls, policies and procedures; make recommendations on various areas for improvement
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff in Accounting department
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required by the management.
  • Perform other job-related duties as and when requested by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Finance or Accountancy & qualified accountant;
  • Minimum 8 years finance and accounting experience with at least 4 years in supervisory / managerial level within a professional group environment
  • Experiences in supply chain related business will be advantages
  • Excellent analytical, English communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business sense with good financial analysis and modelling skills.
  • Possesses in-depth understanding of accounting principles and company procedures.
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Oracle.
  • Creative problem solving and decision making skills for unstructured situational issues.
  • Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude. Able to work independently
  • Good leadership and project/time management skills.
