Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bandung, Indonesia for an Operations role. The Operations role will be responsible for managing day-to-day helper, coordinating with helper, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining service quality, and overseeing facility management operations. The Operations role will also involve training new staff, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in facility management and coordinating cleaning services
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage schedules and train new helper
- Knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards
- Previous experience in the cleaning or housekeeping industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
