As an HR Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing and developing the company's human resources function. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading recruiting activities, handling the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the selection of qualified and suitable candidates.
- Managing employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintaining employee databases and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR records.
- Ensuring optimal HR support for smooth daily operations across all departments.
- Maintaining HR systems and regulations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Conducting organization development initiatives, supporting continuous improvement and employee growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology / Management from reputable university with a minimum 3.00 GPA
- At least 3 years of experience in related field for Hospital.
- Having a good understanding about HR Function
- Good analytical thinking and able to work under pressure.
- Tech-savvy and computer literate.
- Willing to be placed in Kembangan, West Jakarta.
