As an HR Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing and developing the company's human resources function. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading recruiting activities, handling the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the selection of qualified and suitable candidates.
  • Managing employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintaining employee databases and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR records.
  • Ensuring optimal HR support for smooth daily operations across all departments.
  • Maintaining HR systems and regulations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Conducting organization development initiatives, supporting continuous improvement and employee growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology / Management from reputable university with a minimum 3.00 GPA
  • At least 3 years of experience in related field for Hospital.
  • Having a good understanding about HR Function
  • Good analytical thinking and able to work under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy and computer literate.
  • Willing to be placed in Kembangan, West Jakarta.
