Responsibilities
Oversee daily cinema operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and approve crew schedules to meet business and operational needs.
Plan and support operational activities to achieve business targets.
Monitor performance and prepare timely operational reports.
Maintain and enforce safety and company standards in all areas.
Coordinate in‑cinema promotions, marketing events, and special activities.
Set performance goals and assist with budget preparation.
Ensure all cinema areas are clean, well‑maintained, and meet required standards.
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Management, or Accounting.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or quick‑service restaurant management preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage large teams.
- Good problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Knowledge of Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
- Good command of English, spoken and written.
