  • Develop brand strategy (STP: Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) for each brand.
  • Formulate brand guidelines (tone of voice, visual direction, narrative, key messages).
  • Create and manage communication campaigns (digital campaigns, PR, events, activations).
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all channels (social media, marketplace, ads, KOLs, media).
  • Provide clear briefs to the creative team, KOLs/affiliates, and agencies to ensure execution aligns with the brand.
  • Analyze campaign & communication performance, then provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team to design the marketing roadmap for each brand.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in branding, marketing communication, or a similar position.
  • Possesses strategic thinking and the ability to translate ideas into creative campaigns.
  • Understands digital marketing, PR, and current social media trends.
  • Skilled in creating brand copywriting and storytelling.
  • Strong in market analysis and deriving consumer insights.
  • Good leadership and communication skills (as they will direct a team).
