What You'll Do:
- Oversee and optimize operational processes across departments.
- Develop and implement SOPs to streamline team collaboration.
- Manage project timelines, productivity, and reporting.
- Coordinate cross-department communication and resource allocation.
- Support budgeting and performance monitoring.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations or project management (agency experience preferred).
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and attention to detail.
