Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Creative Director. The Creative Director will be responsible for leading the creative team, developing and executing creative concepts, and ensuring all creative output aligns with brand standards. Daily tasks include overseeing creative projects, collaborating with various departments, presenting ideas to stakeholders, and managing the creative budget. The Creative Director will also mentor team members and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality work.

- Creative Direction, Concept Development, and Artistic Vision skills
- Team Leadership, Project Management, and Stakeholder Collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of Brand Standards and Creative Strategy
- Understanding of Marketing, Advertising, and Digital Media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the creative industry
