About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the finance team at PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia as an Accounting Mandarin. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and reporting services to support the company's operations in Kendal Regency, Central Java. With your strong Mandarin language skills, you will play a crucial part in managing the financial activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory authorities, to ensure timely and compliant financial reporting
- Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls
- Provide Mandarin translation and interpretation services to facilitate financial communication and decision-making
- Collaborate with the broader finance team to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
What we're looking for
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a financial accounting or reporting role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Excellent Mandarin language proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate financial documents and communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and relevant regulations
- Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
