Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the project team, ensuring everyone works toward a common goal and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Formulate strategies with the project team to engage customers and achieve win-win outcomes.
- Coach and support team leads/managers to help them perform better and work effectively as a united team.
- Plan and manage project delivery, including coordinating resources internally and with external third-party vendors.
- Manage project changes and risks by mitigating or eliminating potential issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors involved in project delivery.
- Provide regular project status reports (typically monthly) to customers and internal management during implementation.
- Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Technical Expertise
Have domain knowledge in ERP or HCM business processes.
Requirements:
- Excellent English both in written and verbal.
- A proven track record of having successfully provided implementation and/or consultancy services within the last five (5) years in ERP / HCM domain
- At least 10 years of working experience, of which a minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in the ERP / HCM product implementation
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science related major or equivalent
