Responsibilities:
- Monitoring inventory levels of finished goods to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Developing and implementing plans to optimize the movement of goods
- Managing the allocation and replenishment of finished goods to various distribution centers.
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery and stock availability.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field, with a preference for a background in management or industrial engineering.
- A track record of at least 2 years in supply chain management or related fields.
- A solid grasp of supply chain principles, warehouse management, planning logic, and inventory cost optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with suppliers, the sales team, and other stakeholders.
- Understanding NAV or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with building materials is considered an advantage.
