Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support & Coordination
  • Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, permits, correspondence, and progress reports.
  • Ensure all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and properly archived.
  • Generate weekly/monthly project status reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Communication & Liaison
  • Serve as the point of contact between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Handle internal and external communication to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Track and follow up on pending issues, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Financial & Administrative Support
  • Assist in preparing project budgets, cost tracking, and expense reports.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests related to project activities.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
  • Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure that project activities comply with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support quality assurance processes and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Cikupa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
