The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and delivering innovative visual content to support the company's branding, marketing campaigns, and property project promotions. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all visual materials are aligned with the company's brand identity and effectively communicate with the target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, billboards, social media content, website graphics, and other promotional tools for property projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative concepts that enhance brand positioning and project visibility.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline channels.
- Manage design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
- Support event promotions by designing booth materials, presentations, and other visual collaterals.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends, real estate marketing visuals, and digital media innovations to ensure competitive creativity.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
- Archive design files and maintain an organized digital asset library
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in property, real estate, or advertising industries.
- Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing design (social media, website, email campaigns).
- Understanding of printing processes, color theory, and layout design.
- Strong creativity with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to translate marketing concepts into engaging visual content.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under tight deadlines.
